The lawyer for freed terrorism supporter David Hicks says there are no plans to circumvent the proceeds of crime law by helping his client sell his story.

Lets not forget that if David speaks publicly before the end of ‘09 he faces another 15 years in prison. This was part of the original deal to get out of GITMO, to prevent him speaking before the Australian or US Presidential elections
