Some Employers Just Get It
It'd be interesting to find out who the employer is. Amongst other benefits, the ad states they can offer you,
"... Access to all the social networking sites you can think of....and the others you don't know about (they are useful tools in our business)"
Would this be a huge deciding factor for you? Or merely an added bonus? After all, you go to work to work, not socialise. Right?

Access to facebook and myspace would not interest me in a job (hey I have twitter on my mobile). The use of social networking tools in their business would.
