Facebook Scrabulous not available in Oz anymore
It looks like Facebook has stopped allowing Scrabulous to be accessed by Australians, who up until now have been able to continue playing the game despite legal hurdles in the US.
Hasbro (the makers of the original Scrabble game) got its way last month when Facebook removed the game for US residents. Hasbro claimed the game onfringed on its rights and hurt the game.
As of this morning Facebook users in Australia logging into the game get the message: "Scrabulous has been restricted. We're sorry, but this application is not available to you.
As one user on Twitter put it: "Right well that's killed Facebook for me then. No point even logging in."
